Hi Laura,
I like your approach to helping people with Spanish.
We use a similar approach to help people learn Spanish vocabulary. We use YouTube music videos, like you, along with vocabulary guides to Spanish television shows (Mission: Impossible, I Love Lucy, The Flintstones), novels (The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, The Hundred Dresses, A Cricket in Times Square), and the New Testament (Dios Habla Hoy). About 20% of the content is free (just so you know there's a commercial element to it). We're the authors of The Big Red Book of Spanish Vocabulary (Big Red Book Of...) and the forthcoming Learn Spanish from your Hollywood Favorites, a collection of vocabulary guides to popular movies with Spanish audio tracks.
We're going to give a try at posting lyrics here, though we don't know how to embed the video.
Again, good work!

Hello Laura,
thank you very much!
A grateful lover of Spanish songs, who is trying to learn.
Have a good time
Emilio
My father owned a Spanish Movie Theater, where I went afterschool and did my homework. The author of this song Is Agustin Lara. He wrote this for the love of all of his lovers, Maria Felix. I saw all of his movies. Google him. His songs are sheer poetry
